Born May 1954
Joined IMI in 2001 and was appointed President, IMI Merchandising in March 2009. Prior positions at Display Technologies include EVP Sales and Marketing, and President. Prior to Display Technologies, he held senior executive roles at Shoplink.com, McCue Corporation and American Tourister. He started in sales at Dow Chemical Company having earned an MBA at the University of New Haven and BA in Marketing at the University of Connecticut. |

Joined IMI in 1988. Appointed President, IMI Cornelius in September 2008. Prior positions include President, Cornelius Americas and President, 3Wire Group - IMI's beverage and foodservice parts distribution business in North America. Tim holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. |

Sean Toomes
President, Indoor Climate
Born June 1968
Joined IMI in 1985. He has served in a variety of increasingly senior sales and marketing positions in Norgren. Sean became President of IMI's Indoor Climate business in March 2007, and has recently taken over responsibility for the Group’s Key Account Management and Responsible Business agendas. Sean also sits on the Executive Committee. |

Roy M Twite

Born May 1967; joined IMI in 1988
Roy Twite was appointed to the Board in February 2007. During his career with IMI Roy has held a number of senior management positions. In addition to his role as President of Fluid Power, he has recently reassumed responsibility for the Retail Dispense businesses which comprise Beverage Dispense and Merchandising. |

Ian Whiting
President, IMI Severe Service
Born January 1964, joined IMI in 2005
Joined CCI in 2005 from Novar plc where he was President of Novar Systems Americas. Former positions also include various management roles with Novar plc and the Ford Motor Company. Ian is President of the Severe Service business and in September 2010 was appointed to the Board, also assuming responsibilities for developing IMI’s interest in the emerging markets and for the Group’s procurement activities. |
