Born May 1954

Joined IMI in 2001 and was appointed President, IMI Merchandising in March 2009. Prior positions at Display Technologies include EVP Sales and Marketing, and President. Prior to Display Technologies, he held senior executive roles at Shoplink.com, McCue Corporation and American Tourister. He started in sales at Dow Chemical Company having earned an MBA at the University of New Haven and BA in Marketing at the University of Connecticut.

Joined IMI in 1988. Appointed President, IMI Cornelius in September 2008. Prior positions include President, Cornelius Americas and President, 3Wire Group - IMI's beverage and foodservice parts distribution business in North America. Tim holds a degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Born June 1968

Joined IMI in 1985. He has served in a variety of increasingly senior sales and marketing positions in Norgren. Prior to becoming President of IMI's Indoor Climate business in March 2007, he was most recently the managing director of Norgren's fluid controls and medical activities, based in Switzerland.

Roy Twite was appointed to the Board in February 2007. During his career with IMI Roy has held a number of senior management positions and has recently been appointed President of the Fluid Power business, having previously had responsibility for IMI’s Retail Dispense businesses, which comprise Beverage Dispense and Merchandising.

Joined CCI in 2005 from Novar plc where he was President of Novar Systems Americas. Former positions also include various management roles with Novar plc and the Ford Motor Company. Ian Whiting holds an MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Harvard University.
