Joined IMI in 1972, and has worked in IT, personnel, purchasing and production control roles. Moved into risk management in 1989, and was appointed Head of Group Risk in 1994.

Paul Boughton

Corporate Development Director

Joined IMI in 2010. Previously with Consort Medical plc and Spectris plc as Corporate Development Director. Paul has served on the Boards of listed technology companies and is a chartered accountant.

Greg Croydon

Treasurer

Joined IMI in 1996. Was appointed to his current role in January 1996. Previously worked in GKN engineering subsidiaries before becoming Assistant Group Treasurer for GKN in 1991.

Tony Finocchiaro

General Manager - China

Joined IMI in 2006. Previously worked for BHP/BlueScope Steel in various senior general management, business development and marketing roles. His earlier experience includes positions in the automotive and construction industries in Australia and several Asian countries.

Peter Flanagan

Head of Global Pensions

Joined IMI in 2001. Began his career with Hogg Robinson and Alexander Consulting Group followed by Noble Lowndes. His first role as a pensions manager was for Arthur Andersen in 1997.

Matt Huckin

Group Human Resources Director

Joined IMI in 2008. He began his HR career with BP, then Lloyds-TSB bank, and most recently in international roles with the RWE Group.

Huw Jenkins

Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

Joined IMI in 1997. He began his career with Deloittes working in Corporate Finance for seven years. In 1999, he was appointed Finance Director of Cornelius UK. He was appointed Head of Mergers & Acquisitions in 2004.

Iain Moore

Controller

Joined IMI in 2007 as Controller. Previously worked for Mitchells & Butlers plc as Director of Group Assurance. Prior to joining Mitchells and Butlers in 2003, he was employed by KPMG, where he held an Auditing Practicing Certificate.

Jo Morgan

Chief Compliance Officer

Joined IMI in 2000. Started career with Pinsent Masons law firm as a commercial lawyer and then moved to IMI where she was an in-house lawyer until her appointment as Chief Compliance officer in 2009.

John O'Shea

Company Secretary

Joined IMI in 1988. Previously worked in the Legal Department of Racal Electronics plc. He has been IMI Company Secretary since 1998.

Michelle Robinson

Head of Taxation

Joined IMI in 1998. Was appointed Group Taxation Manager in July 2002 and Head of Taxation in January 2007. Prior to this, Michelle was a senior manager at Price Waterhouse and Bass plc.

Paul Roughsedge

Director of Group Assurance

Joined IMI in 2009. Previously worked for Tarmac, part of Anglo American plc, as Head of Risk and Assurance. Prior to joining Tarmac in 2000 he was employed by Blue Circle Industries. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Will Shaw

Investor Relations Director

Joined IMI in 2008.  Previously worked at Dairy Crest Group plc as Director of Investor and Bank Relations.  Prior to that he was a Director of Corporate Broking for ABN AMRO Hoare Govett.
