Recruitment Process
There are four stages to the process. You need to be successful at each stage in order to progress to the next one. Here’s how it all works:
- Submit your Initial Application online
- Complete an Online Ability Test (this covers verbal and numerical reasoning)
- Take part in a Telephone Interview (treat this as seriously as a face-to-face interview)
- Attend a day-long Assessment Centre
