If you’re an engineering graduate seeking to develop a fast-paced, varied and rewarding career in management, this two-year programme is designed for you. It’s all about nurturing the talents of the next generation of IMI business leaders.
You’ll undertake four six-month placements in different disciplines and different IMI businesses, to acquire a broad and detailed insight into IMI. The first two will be in your home region, while in your second year the placements can be international. You’ll enjoy real responsibilities within real projects, and you’ll have the chance to get involved with Responsible Business initiatives.
We’ll tailor a programme of training and development activities to meet your unique needs and aspirations. This will complement and enhance your placement experiences. You’ll have the support of a mentor within the company at every step of the way.
Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll join one of our businesses in a permanent role. We’ll continue to monitor your progress and invest in your development, to make sure you’re ready to become a future business leader in IMI.
