Critical Engineering

IMI Critical Engineering tackles some of the world's most complex challenges. Working alongside our other divisions, they enable vital energy and process industries to operate safely, cleanly, reliably and more efficiently than ever. It's the ideal place to see a real impact from the work you do and take your career forward.

A vital part of IMI, our Critical Engineering division has manufacturing facilities in 16 countries with over 4,000 talented professionals working for us. These include over 400 engineers, 150 project managers and over 200 dedicated aftermarket specialists - all committed to providing the high level of service we're renowned for.

Collaborating closely with our other divisions, we design, manufacture and install customised, highly-engineered solutions for new plant builds, as well as providing complete plant lifecycle service support. This means all our customers can benefit from efficient maintenance, issue resolution and plant optimisation around the clock.

The valves we produce control the flow of steam, gas and liquids in harsh environments, withstanding temperature and pressure extremes as well as intensely abrasive or corrosive cyclical operations. But it's our engineering capacity that sets us apart - combining technical knowledge, design capability, application experience and innovative products to deliver safe and reliable solutions. Join us as a graduate in this division and you'll help us to imagine a better world.
