1 October 2007 - IMI completes the acquisition of Pneumatex AG

IMI plc, the major international engineering group, is pleased to confirm that following receipt of regulatory clearances, the acquisition of Pneumatex AG, first announced on 9 August, was completed on 28 September 2007. Pneumatex, a specialist provider of water conditioning equipment for building heating, cooling and related systems, enhances the capabilities of IMI’s Indoor Climate business.
