This year, building on the successful face-to-face training held in 2011, all five platform businesses will hold IMI Way training days. The training will include our new Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies along with group exercises relating to our STAR guide. STAR stands for Stop Think Act Reflect and helps employees when faced with ethical dilemmas at work.
The IMI Way is also used to highlight any conduct which is not in line with our values. We provide our employees with an anonymous hotline service to raise any concerns. All concerns are reviewed by the Ethics and Compliance Committee on a monthly basis and reported to the Executive Committee and the Board as appropriate.
