We have developed Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies that we have been enhancing and evolving to meet the changing needs of our business and the regulatory environment.
To support these policies we have developed our Anti-Bribery and Corruption framework. This responds directly to the United Kingdom Ministry of Justice guidance on the adequate procedures needed to have a defence to the corporate offence under the UK Bribery Act and should also support our compliance with other Anti-Bribery legislation from around the world.
We are supporting the implementation of these policies through training and communications programmes for IMI people, our customers and our business partners.
Our Compliance Team administers our IMI hotline through which IMI people and our partners can let us know about any concerns with our responsible business agenda and ethical issues in general.
Any reports to the hotline are promptly investigated and action taken to remedy any issues identified.
