In recent years, we have accelerated the development of programmes and disciplines that will deliver the people necessary to maintain and grow our business.
In 2010 the first employee engagement survey was rolled out and high levels of uptake and commitment were reported. The actions arising from the results are being implemented now across the IMI Group.
The survey will be repeated in 2011 and progress will be tracked and further actions developed to drive excellence.
