Signposts is a web-enabled self-analysis and development tool which helps IMI employees to assess their current job skills, plan their futures and gain new skills to get the most out of their careers. Via a series of online and offline exercises, guides and resources, Signposts helps users to evaluate their aptitudes, interests, values and personal needs, and decide how they might achieve their desired goals. Already available to all IMI Passport users, Signposts is currently being promoted group-wide to all IMI employees.
