When have you helped to solve a customer’s problem?

Owning the design of a seamless customer experience upon arriving at the Customer and Innovation Centre. How to establish the environment and activities that will enable deeper conversations around their problems and understand co-creation opportunities that would lead to a win-win relationship.

What did you learn from this experience?

The powerful role played by our own mindset, and the team spirit of those involved. We support and help each other, adopting a ‘we can do it’ attitude. It is a very powerful and positive atmosphere – and has been described as contagious and enhancing creativity.

What do you feel most proud of?
