Role Overview 

The HR & Payroll Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and efficient HR administration and payroll support across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality employee records, supporting payroll activities, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Working closely with managers, employees, and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence, data accuracy, and the continuous improvement of HR processes. 

Salary: 10.000 PLN Gross- 12.000 PLN Gross

 

Key Responsibilities 

HR Administration & Payroll 

  • Support end-to-end HR administration processes throughout the employee lifecycle 

  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records 

  • Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate payroll data 

  • Manage attendance, absences, leave records, and employee data updates 

  • Support onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding activities 

 

Systems & Reporting 

  • Maintain and update employee information in SAPTETA and other HR systems 

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR and payroll data 

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data analyses as required 

  • Support process improvements and digital HR initiatives 

 

Employee Support & Compliance 

  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR and payroll-related matters 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations 

  • Support audits, reporting requirements, and internal controls 

Critical Competencies for Success 

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a related field 

  • Familiarity with SAP and good working knowledge of HR and payroll systems such as TETA, RCP, OnPoint, PŁATNIK, and PUE 

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office 

  • Digital mindset, with an interest in AI-enabled tools and opportunities to improve the way HR services are delivered. 

  • Understanding of payroll processes and employee data management 

  • Advanced knowledge of Polish Labour Law 

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy 

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 

  • Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
