Our registrar, Equiniti, operate a dividend reinvestment plan (‘DRIP’). It offers shareholders the opportunity to use cash dividends to purchase further shares and increase their holding in the company. Equiniti will purchase the shares on your behalf as soon as practicable on or after the dividend payment date. If you join the plan, all your future dividends will be reinvested in IMI shares.
