- Application Support: Provide technical and application support to customers and internal teams on liquid handling workflows, helping connect product capabilities to real diagnostic, analytical, and biotechnology use cases.
- Competitive and Technology Analysis: Monitor advances in liquid handling technologies, workflow trends, competitor product performance, and application requirements to inform positioning and differentiation.
- Lifecycle and Portfolio Management: Manage the full product lifecycle - pricing, margin, obsolescence, and rationalization - across the liquid handling portfolio.
- Commercial Enablement: Develop technical collateral, application notes, and datasheets, and train sales and distribution partners on the workflows and applications behind the portfolio.
