IMI plc (‘IMI’) announces the sad death of Bob Stack on Thursday 7 December 2017. Bob joined IMI as a non-executive director in 2008 and was the senior independent director and chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Bob has been a wise counsel to IMI and a major contributor to the Board for nine years. He excelled in his roles as senior independent director and chair of the Remuneration Committee.
