IMI Critical Engineering has continued to develop its Growth Accelerator process, rolling out training for all employees on ‘The Growth Mindset’.
There are now 19 Growth Accelerator projects in progress across the Group, and even more in Foresight development. These include three projects in the scaling phase, with £6m of bookings achieved in 2020, with significant further potential in forthcoming years.
