Valves for Manual Transmission

Range Shift Inhibit (RSI)

Protects the transmission by preventing incorrect downshifts and driver misuse. A single integrated assembly combines actuator, exhaust, fittings and solenoid to minimise leak paths and ensure consistent, tested performance.

Air Filter Regulator (RFI)

Provides clean and regulated air flow for transmission systems. Engineered for durability with resistance to the high vibration and extreme climatic conditions seen in commercial vehicle environments.

Double ‘H’ Valve (DHV)

Supports high/low gear shifting and can be mounted directly to the transmission. Designed specifically for commercial vehicle applications and validated for demanding climatic and vibration conditions.

Products

A compact solution integrating all pneumatic functions and electronics for assisted transmission control. Based on proven cartridge valves for fast switching, high lifetime and reliable control of clutch and gear selection. Available in modular variants, with or without CAN capability and designed to meet cybersecurity and functional safety requirements (up to ASIL C).

Based upon our approved cartridge solenoid valves that are designed and validated for CV applications, with superior switching times & valve lifetime.

Customised units built around our validated valve technology. A compact integrated design combines proportional valves, pressure sensors and safety shut-off functions into a single assembly, reducing installation time and simplifying system integration. Available for direct mounting to customer systems or as a fully integrated retarder solution.

Pneumatic sub-assemblies designed for electric and hybrid powertrains. Provides control of shift actuators, oil flow and power take-off using validated valves, actuators and smart electronics. Modular and scalable with optional CAN and integrated sensing, supporting serviceable cartridge replacement and ease of customisation for new variants.
