Our framework incorporates an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with free, professional counselling and advice. We also offer wider wellbeing support, health and safety principles, business-wide Change Champions and mental health first aiders our teams can turn to in times of need.

We prioritise employee wellbeing through four key priorities: mind, body, financial and social. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) complements broader wellbeing support. This includes mental health first aiders; Change Champions who promote wellbeing and activities such as finance clinics; company challenges; and celebrating events such as World Mental Health Day. As we evolve, we recognise the need for global consistency with local flexibility. We launched our updated Employee Value Proposition with three core pillars – Nurture Your World, Thrive in Our World, and Build a Better World – each supported by new and refreshed global policies. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides free, professional counselling for any work or personal issue, as well as an online resource hub with access to articles, checklists and advice on a wide range of topics.
