At IMI, we’re all about breakthrough engineering for a better world - and that starts with our people. As a Future Leader, you’ll join a diverse team of problem-solvers tackling real-world challenges - from improving energy efficiency to advancing life-saving medical technology.
Our three-year rotational programme is your launchpad to a global career, giving you hands-on experience, international exposure, and the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
You must have the right to work in the country you apply to, as your first rotation will begin there.

Our Future Leaders Programme is designed to help you unlock your potential and grow a long-term career with IMI. You’ll complete three 12-month placements across our global business, working within across our key markets.
