Enhancing our e-commerce offering

IMI Precision Engineering’s focus on maximising its potential from digital communications continued in 2017 with the launch of a new website, which went live in January in 34 countries and 20
languages, and which was designed to work consistently across all devices. Newly developed online product configurators have been developed for 10 key industrial automation product ranges and the continued expansion of this capability is a key ingredient in our continued focus on digital excellence.

The new IMI Norgren Express App, which went live in November 2016, has now been rolled-out to more than 20 countries with more than 40 distributor stock locations available to make it even easier for customers to find local stock quickly.
