A European train operator was looking for a partner who could offer a combination of precise, reliable technology, proven experience in the rail industry, and expert technical support. Our IMI Norgren Adsorbent Media Tube (AMT) dryer system provided the solution – a fit-and-forget technology designed to last over ten years, outperforming conventional desiccant dryers.
But true partnership goes beyond the product. Listening to the customer’s needs, our engineers developed a bespoke dew point sensor to monitor performance and provide early alerts if conditions dropped below optimum levels. Once installed, our teams worked side by side with the customer, gathering feedback, monitoring results, and building trust.
After three years, the operator extended installation across its entire fleet. Nearly a decade on, we continue to support them with aftermarket services and expert technical input.
