Integrated Valve Actuator Control (IVAC)
Our IVAC cylinders represent a smarter approach to pneumatic automation. By combining valves, sensors, and flow controls into a single, compact unit, they reduce the need for complex external components – which means fewer potential failure points, faster installations, and simplified maintenance. For customers, this translates to lower energy use, reduced downtime, and measurable improvements in system efficiency. Whether in cleanroom environments or more demanding industrial settings, IVAC supports more reliable operations and helps customers move closer to their sustainability targets.
One recent project at a distribution centre in Amsterdam illustrates the potential of IVAC technology. A global manufacturer of motors and motorised equipment tested the IVAC cylinder as a direct replacement for their existing solution. The integrated design and reduced air consumption led to a significant improvement in efficiency, with air usage dropping by an estimated 10%. Over the course of a year, this translates into millions of litres of air saved.
Exhaust Brake Valve
Our Air Valve Unit Transport solution enhances vehicle control by responding dynamically to braking events. It manages airflow to the engine during deceleration, helping to shorten braking distances and improve safety on the road. By easing the load on braking systems and optimising engine behaviour, it extends component life and supports a more fuel-efficient operation – delivering both performance and cost benefits to fleet operators.
